Who you are

You go around obstacles instead of through them, and you get there first. You read rooms fast — who has real power, who is bluffing, what people actually want versus what they are saying — and you adjust in real time without it feeling fake. Soft on the surface, extremely persistent underneath: you rarely fight anyone head-on, you simply keep finding another route until you are in. People underestimate how deliberate you are, which usually works in your favor.

How you operate

You are at your best attached to something solid — a strong company, a mentor, a partner with structure. On your own with a blank page you drift and lose weeks. You are excellent at opportunity, less interested in maintenance, so you should hand the boring recurring work to someone else on purpose rather than letting it rot. Socially you are the connector: you know everybody, and the favors you collect quietly are a real asset you underuse.

The hard truth

You adapt so smoothly that people sometimes can't tell what you actually want — and neither can you. Pick your own goal before you attach to someone else's, or you will spend a decade being brilliantly useful in a life you didn't choose.
