Who you are

You give off heat and you cannot hide it. Walk into a room and the energy changes; people look at you before you say anything. You are generous almost by reflex — with attention, credit, money, encouragement — and you genuinely enjoy making other people braver. There is nothing subtle about you and you should stop apologizing for it. Your optimism is not naivety; it's the engine that gets projects off the ground when everyone else is still listing reasons it won't work.

How you operate

You do your best work in front of people: pitching, leading, teaching, selling, performing. Put you alone in a back office doing quiet detail work and you will be miserable and mediocre within a month. You start big and lose interest in the last 20% — so build a finisher into every plan, not as an admission of weakness but as basic engineering. In relationships you are warm and demonstrative and you need visible appreciation back; a partner who loves you silently will slowly starve you.

The hard truth

You burn your energy in public and then crash in private, and nobody notices because you perform fine right up until you don't. Rest is not a reward for finishing — schedule it before you need it, or your body will schedule it for you.
